Drontal Plus (Praziquantel/Pyrantel Embonate/Febantel) is a canine dewormer which works in the intestinal tract, so as to eliminate roundworm and tapeworm in dogs. Parasites which are susceptible to it include toxocara canis and leonina, uncinaria stenocephala, ancylostoma caninum, trichuris vulpis, echinococcus spp., dipylidium caninum and taenia spp. This fixed combination de-worming medication is made up of 3 different anthelmintic medicines, each of which exhibits its own unique spectrum of activity and mechanism of action.
