How can I replace the product I have ordered?
Canine Care ensures proper information regarding any product or size in case of collars and accessories so that you receive the right product. Drop us a message on Whatsapp or feel free to call us for any queries.
However, in case you want a replacement, kindly reach out to us, we will resolve the case within 1-2 business days.
What is the process to get the refund? And, how long does it take?
Canine Care credits your refund immediately in your Canine Care wallet right after the confirmation of the cancelled order. In case you want the amount refunded to your source/account, we would require 1-2 business days to initiate the refund.
I got a damaged product, how do I get a refund or replacement?
Please check the Package at the time of delivery if the package damaged then don’t receive the package and inform us immediately.
Please report about the damaged product being received in 24 hours of delivery, our team will get in touch with you for the 1st level of investigation. Post the photos or video exchange with the Canine Care team, we will look to replace the product or refund the amount in your Canine Care wallet.
In replacement of product the shipping charges of both the sides are applicable from customer end and the refund is applicable 70% of total amount in the wallet of canine care.
In case, the complaint is made later than 24 hours of delivery, no request would be entertained.
