It was specially formulated to remove the yellow stains around the eyes of Westies but can be used for other breeds as well. You just need to soak a cotton ball in the solution and swab the stain. Use a fresh cotton ball for each eye. After this is done, use another fresh, dry cotton ball to remove remaining moisture.
